I was applying to jobs by hand, one portal at a time, and it wasn't working. The move that gets you hired is a conversation with the person who'd hire you.
What I built
I built Job Attractor with Claude Code, and I call it Ube. They find a fit, find the boss, and draft the note the way I'd write it myself.
Ube never sends. I do.
I'm Ube's first user. They keep score on what works, so the next move runs on data instead of a hunch.
Results
Referrals come back about twice as often as cold notes, so that's where Ube points me. They're public now, so anyone job hunting can point Ube at their own search. I built Ube to run my own search, and now other people run theirs on it.
